We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Branded website £45 per month Website Unlimited deal

Your initial setup payment of £45 for your 4 weeks no obligation trial period, must be made by either a secure online bank transfer or via a business debit or credit card over the phone.

We are a licensed PayPal vendor & you should expect to see PayPal have debited a strictly one-off payment of £45 on your business bank cards statement.

Once we have processed your initial one-off card payment of £45 over the phone or received your payment via online bank transfer, your initial no obligation trial period will commence.

If you are completely satisfied after your 4 weeks trial period is concluded & you wish to become an ongoing client of Shield Online Marketing LTD then you must setup your non contractual & completely voluntary pay monthly standing order at the rate of £45 per month ongoing.

We will email our company bank details & you must create your pay monthly standing order with your bank for £45 per month to our bank.

We must ask that you choose a date range for your new monthly payment of £45 to commence within the first 1-10 days of the next calendar month following a successful trial period.

Please note that until you have confirmed on email that your new voluntary, non-contractual, pay monthly standing order is active with your bank on the expected due date. You will strictly not be entitled to your new pay monthly unlimited website privileges.

Once you have confirmed an active pay monthly standing order is in place for £45 per month via email, you will then be entitled to your full unlimited website privileges, subject to a fair use client policy.

All new branded/keyword company domains being registered under the £45 per month Website Unlimited deal, under official business/keyword names are strictly the property of the associated clients business/businesses. Shield Online Marketing LTD has absolutely no ownership rights over any clients domains & any domain can be transferred out immediately at any time, to a new hosting provider at the clients request. Providing the registered domain name is in the associated clients business name either in part or in full for example…

There are strictly no cancellation/transfer charges or notice period required for any & all domain transfer requests.

We will clearly advise your business individually on domain ownership when you come onboard & we expect in all cases, that all new clients exclusively own any & all domains registered on their behalf by Shield Online Marketing LTD on the £45 per month Website Unlimited deal.

Please note that we will strictly only transfer the domain via a standard IPSTAG transfer process & all physical website files & intellectual property will need to be copied or transferred ahead of domain transfer, by the client for redeployment to the domain by your new provider.

We accept no responsibility for any data loss or email down time during a domain transfer.

We will simply transfer the domain within 24 hours of receiving your email or phone call request, to your new provider & this will conclude our association.

Advanced Google marketing unlimited £95 per month deal

For all existing pay monthly clients on the Website Unlimited deal that want to try our advanced Google marketing package, the Google Unlimited deal for £95 per month, we must advise you of the following…

Your current pay monthly rate on the Website Unlimited deal is £45 per month. As we migrate your current package to the Google Unlimited deal, you should expect your voluntary, strictly non contractual monthly investments to increment like this.

For 3-6 months you will be asked to invest £65 per month, after 3-6 months you will be asked to increase your pay monthly investment to £95 per month ongoing for a further 3-6 months on a strictly non contractual, voluntary trial basis.

After a 6-12 months period, if you wish to stay on the Google Unlimited deal, you should expect to maintain a voluntary non contractual investment level of £95 per month ongoing, based on a single active hosted domain agreement.

£95 per month is the required payment limit or maximum ‘’investment cap’’ for all clients on the Google Unlimited deal based on the Google exposure created & maintained by us on your behalf month to month during the trading year/years for 1 single active domain.

We must advise clients upfront that a degree of patience is required, due to the very long term & highly successful nature of these advanced Google Unlimited marketing campaigns.

There is a ‘’fair use’’ company policy concerning the amount of search criteria we are obligated to work on/target under the £95 per month investment cap on the Google Unlimited deal for 1 single active domain.

We often have clients that want us to work on multiple ‘’high value’’ Google search criteria & it can be the case that due to the value & highly competitive nature of certain search criteria, that we must advise clients to take out additional ‘’target domains’’ for the absolute best possible results over time.

For example, if the client wants a general plumbing & heating Google Unlimited campaign, but also wants very strong competitive results for bathroom fitting or kitchen fitting as well, then we might have to register additional target domains on the clients behalf.

Another example would be a if a builder client wanted a Google Unlimited campaign for general building works, but also wanted a very strong & specific campaign for house extensions or loft conversions.

In this event we would throw open the client discount door & work with the client to get them the absolute ‘’best value’’ deal we can possibly customise for them, based on multiple active domains.

If we decide as a company that it is best for the client to add multiple ‘’high value’’ or separate ‘’search niches’’ to one single domain, then under our ‘’fair use’’ client policy we can & may ask for a sensibly re-negotiated higher rate of monthly payment above the £95 per month investment cap for 1 single active domain.

Any additional or increased pay monthly investments would be clearly agreed with the client upfront in writing & guaranteed at that rate for several years or even longer.

As always, any payments made by clients to Shield Online Marketing LTD are always strictly voluntary, non-contractual & can be cancelled without notice at anytime, should you wish to take your domains & internet advertising to another provider, you are completely free to do so at any time.

There are strictly never any cancellation charges of any kind, in the event a client wishes to take their business elsewhere, you can expect our full & prompt cooperation with all aspects of any & all transfers including any domains/associated intellectual property & Google maps listings.

As a company Shield Online Marketing LTD has absolutely no ownership rights over any clients domains/associated intellectual property & Google maps listings. These intellectual properties are always strictly under the sole ownership & full control of the client.

If you wish to cancel or reduce your Google Unlimited package with us, you can do this at anytime with no notice period or cancellation charges.

You as the client strictly own any & all exposure we create & maintain in Google on your behalf on the Google Unlimited deal.

This includes any domains registered on your behalf & any associated website pages/logos & any Google maps listings.

All intellectual property live in Google is strictly under the full ownership & control of you the client at all times & anything & everything can be transferred to new hosting/internet marketing providers at your request at any time with no notice period required or any cancellation charges.

These terms and conditions are only applicable to clients who joined us from 2023 onwards.
